I Created Passion 16 based on the joy and creativity of everyone’s different unique styles, each person individually embraces beauty in their own creative way. I strive to create the best formulas with familiar ingredients that are mostly used throughout everyday life to make our audience feel more comfortable and safe with what they are purchasing. Rising to be more efficient, sustainable, and all inclusive, your honest opinions are greatly appreciated, it helps me have a better understanding of each persons individaul prefferences so that we all may keep our creative juices flowing and I continue to give you the quality and passion for beauty in products you deserve.

Hey everyone, my name is Jocelyn  Earl and I am the Owner and Creator of Passion 16, I am a 26 year old African American women from Saint Louis Missouri, with a Passion for Fashion in all things Creativity. I love making things so I decided to start my business called Passion 16. The name of my business was created during my high school years, I graduated in 2016 and realized I had a extreme passion for making things. Passion 16 was originally just suppose to be a Beauty, Clothing and Accessories shop but I eventually ventured into making home decor, candles,dtf cups etc.. the goes list on. I love having a variety of products that way everyone has something to look forward to.

I've thought about opening a clothing shop since I was a little girl, I use to play with Bratz dolls (hence wear the name came from) they always made sure to mention to having a Passion for fashion!, and my favorite number is 16 so I put them both together. I was inspired around my junior year of high school to get into fashion design and right then I knew I wanted to become a business owner and not only sell but make beauty, clothing, and accessories products so I came up with Passion 16. I initially wanted to cater to everyone's individual, unique creativity.
